Your Wish is Our Command
We love to show our guests a good time, so if there’s anything in particular you fancy doing during your stay, just let us know. We can offer local recommendations or create a full itinerary for the length of your stay to save you the bother. Anything from restaurant reservations, private chefs, theatre tickets, guided tours, entrance to local attractions, spa treatments… you name it!
We’re also here to help with more everyday requirements: transport, arranging your dry cleaning (perhaps your shirt was a casualty of the delectable peppercorn sauce served by your private chef), or business services like typing, photocopying and printing…
Airport Collection
After stepping off a plane, isn’t it so much more pleasant to have someone there to greet you with a smile and a sign with your name on? However you want to arrive at your StarHost property – taxi, chauffeur-driven car, hire car, stretched limo – we can arrange it for you.
Additional Service Cleans
Our levels of cleanliness are already first-rate but, for an additional fee, we are happy to vacuum, scrub, polish, mop and launder as many times as you’d like.
Extra Linen and Towels
Are you a three-towels-per-shower kind of person? Or perhaps you’re having guests to stay? Just let us know if you need extra linen and towels and we’ll drop them over.
Welcome Pack Upgrade
It’ll feel like Christmas when you arrive at your StarHost home. Our standard welcome packs, which include various basics and a few treats, can be upgraded with bespoke items especially for you. Perhaps you prefer a particular brand of biscuits? You want some champagne on ice waiting for you? Or you’d like a local guidebook to offer suggestions of where to explore?
At Your Service
These are just a few suggestions of what you might like us to arrange for you. We can organise pretty much anything – within reason, of course! Let your imagination run free… the sky’s the limit. Helicopter ride, anyone? Just ask and your ‘host with the most’ will do everything we can to deliver.
