The space

The main feature of this stunning apartment is undoubtedly the wrap around balcony, which provides spectacular direct views of Ocean Village marina and offers a great outdoor space. As a guest in this apartment, you will be able to enjoy the facilities that this modern apartment has to offer. The apartment also benefits from central heating, high speed wi-fi, and a Smart TV in the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with  full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and hobs, microwave and a full range of cooking utensils.

The master and second bedrooms are both appointed with a king-size bed and the master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and the second bedroom has a bed that can be split into a twin bed. There is space in either bedroom to accommodate an additional childrens bed or travel cot (which can also be provided upon request). A parking space can be made available with this apartment and there is lift access directly from the secure underground car park.
